The "3D Magnetic Field Measurement Device" measures the magnetic field distribution of a circular magnetic field generating object as a magnetic field in one direction along the Z-axis. It drives the measurement probe to specified points, acquires data along with coordinate information, and analyzes and displays the data. The measurement resolution is set to a minimum of 10 micrometers, allowing for precise position measurements. Using a reference magnet for origin adjustment, the magnetic field peak is set at the measurement origin, enabling measurements with higher accuracy compared to methods based on general mechanical dimensions. 【Features】 ■ An analog monitor for the gaussmeter uses a 16-bit AD converter, allowing for optional averaging (1 to 3 times) during sampling, making it less susceptible to noise. ■ The gap adjustment between the workpiece and the sensor is also automatically set, resulting in a highly reproducible system. ■ A magnetic field distribution analysis application data analyzer is included, allowing for the assessment of various standards. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
